Our specialists have at least 10 years experience in their respective fields and have backgrounds with leading companies in the financial industry. They have undergone a detailed onboarding process where their reputations, backgrounds and competencies have been assessed.
We analyse every project to arrange the best match from available specialists. In addition, we conduct a routine conflict check. We work with teams of at least two specialists to assure engagement continuity and quality control.
Our specialists are SERRA contractors, who set their own hourly rates. The rates depend on their experience and their respective field. Unlike traditional advisory firms, we do not work with minimum project sizes. SERRA is the sole contract party.
Data integrity and discretion are our key values for Serra. Our specialists work in dedicated cloud-based environments that are only accessible to them.
