Bas Westermann

Bas headed up the ABN AMRO mid-market leverage finance division in Amsterdam prior to joining private equity firm NPM Capital. He also worked abroad for many years. More recently Bas has been a trusted adviser to a number of corporates and family offices and has served as a statutory director of various companies.

With more that 25 years of experience in leveraged finance, buyouts and financial structuring, Bas has a deep understanding of the Dutch financial market.

 

Bas holds a MSc in Economics from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands and studied at the KU Leuven, Belgium.
